Step 1: Download GeroWallet
1. Chrome Extension:
Click to download GeroWallet
Click on the “Add to Chrome” button.
Follow the prompts to install the GeroWallet extension in your Google Chrome browser.
2. Mobile App (iOS/Android):
Step 2: Language Selection
You'll be asked to choose your preferred language, GeroWallet supports over 15 languages including German, Spanish, and Portuguese. Select the language that suits you best.
Step 3: Create or Import Your Wallet
Create a New Wallet.
If you’re setting up a fresh wallet, choose “Create a GeroWallet.”
Set up a password.
Follow the prompts carefully to create your wallet. Make sure to store your secret backup phrase (seed phrase) securely.
Keep your Secret Backup Phrase safe:
Store multiple backups securely in different places.
Never share it with others.
Watch out for phishing! GeroWallet will never ask for your Secret Backup Phrase.
Check Cardano Shield for maximum security.

Keeping your Secret Backup Phrase safe is a priority. GeroWallet cannot retrieve your Secret Backup Phrase.
Step 4: Customize your GeroWallet.
Choose a Wallet name (you are up to 8 wallets in your account).
Choose a wallet cover.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully created your GeroWallet account.
That’s it! You’re now ready to explore Cardano with GeroWallet.
