You can spend your converted euros worldwide, both online and in-store, or withdraw cash from ATMs - all managed from your non-custodial Gero Dashboard.

When topping up your Gero Card, only the converted euro balance is held under Satchel.eu’s regulated banking system, while your crypto remains fully under your control.

During the 6-month launch promotion, the Gero Card is completely free to use. There are no card issuance or monthly maintenance fees, and top-ups include 0% ADA→€ conversion. You’ll also benefit from reduced ATM withdrawal costs during this period. After the promotional phase, standard fees apply as detailed in the Gero Card Fee Schedule.

Yes. KYC verification with Satchel.eu is required to activate your Gero Card, as euro banking and card services are regulated. This process involves a quick ID check, selfie, and proof of address through Satchel.eu’s secure system. Your Gero Dashboard wallet remains fully non-custodial throughout.

The Gero Card can be used worldwide wherever Visa or Mastercard payments are accepted — both online and in-store. You can also withdraw euros from ATMs across the globe.

You can top up your Gero Card directly from your Gero Dashboard by converting ADA (and other supported cryptocurrencies) into euros. The conversion is processed through Kaiserex, and euro balances are managed by Satchel.eu.

Yes. You can withdraw euros from ATMs worldwide. Within the EU, a low fixed fee applies. International withdrawals include a small additional charge.

Yes. Through our partnership with Bring, you can earn ADA cashback on everyday purchases directly through Gero Dashboard. Cashback rewards are automatically sent to your Gero Dashboard wallet after eligible transactions.

Yes. The Gero Card connects directly to your non-custodial Gero Dashboard wallet, allowing you to view balances, manage top-ups, and track ADA→€ conversions from one secure interface.

The Gero Card is the first non-custodial Cardano-based crypto card that bridges blockchain assets with regulated euro banking. It combines secure crypto storage, instant ADA→€ conversion, ADA cashback, and global usability - all managed through Gero Dashboard.

After the 6-month launch promotion ends, the Gero Card transitions to a competitive long-term fee model. Card issuance remains free, while a €5 monthly fee applies to both physical and virtual cards. Top-ups from crypto to euros include a 1.5% conversion fee. ATM withdrawals within the EU cost €1.50, and international withdrawals carry a 2% + €1.50 fee. Point-of-sale purchases have a 0.4% + €0.20 fee within the EU and 2% + €1 for international transactions. A 1% FX markup applies to currency exchanges, and declined transactions incur a €0.50 fee. Shipping costs €10 for standard delivery or €100 for express delivery within Europe.
